The guest house is not a place that is open to the public. You are being welcomed by a family to their home. There may also be other travelers under the same roof. That’s why we invite you to take advantage of all the living spaces available to you in a spirit of friendship and with respect for everyone’s privacy.

For the peace and comfort of all, we regret that we are unable to accommodate animals within the guest cottage or the bedrooms. Likewise, to ensure a peaceful stay, our rooms are accessible to children from the age of 3.

We are at your disposal to help you organize your excursions.

We also make a library and board games available to you and we thank you in advance for consulting the books on site and using the games in the lounge.

Arrivals:
On the day of your arrival, in order for us to be able to welcome you under the best possible conditions, check-in is possible between the hours of 5 and 8 p.m. Late or early arrivals, in order to drop off luggage for example, so as to be able to visit the neighborhood with a less vulnerable vehicle, will be subject to prior agreement.

Departures:
On the final day of your stay, your departure must occur by 10 am. This is necessary in order to provide subsequent visitors with the most welcoming accommodation possible.

Breakfast:
Breakfast is served between 7:00 and 9:30 am.

Rooms:
The rooms are not intended for doing laundry or enjoying meals… A flat screen TV with TNT is available to visitors in each of the rooms, but the sound must be moderate as of 10 pm. Visitors may also access the house WiFi for free. Illegal downloading is prohibited.

Valuable items (jewelry, multimedia devices, various means of payment, etc.) must not be left in rooms or in parked vehicles, as the hosts decline all responsibility in the event of the disappearance of such items.

General provisions:

• In compliance with decree N ° 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, smoking is prohibited in public areas. The entire establishment, including rooms, is therefore non-smoking.
• We ask that our guests be properly dressed at all times, and especially to be dressed and wear appropriate footwear when traversing the common parts of the house
• Guests agree to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of their stay and to declare, and financially assume responsibility for, any possible degradation for which they may be responsible. Guests will be charged for any heavy soiling that occurs.
• Children moving about within the property are the sole responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.
• The kitchen is a private space and is not at the disposal of our guests.

Thefts and accidents:
The owners accept no responsibility for theft or bodily injury occurring within the property.

Animals:
Animals are not allowed. In the event of non-compliance with this clause, we will refuse the animals. This refusal may in no way be considered a modification or termination of the reservation, so no refund will be considered.

Eco-tourism:
We are sensitive to the protection of our planet and wish to contribute to the protection of the environment by minimizing the operational footprint of our hosting activity. Simple and barely restrictive measures can go a long way.

We are therefore counting on your cooperation to:

• not throw anything away in nature so that together we can enjoy its beauty and biodiversity for a long time to come;
• avoid leaving the lights on unnecessarily;
• not let the water run and use a moderate flow when showering;
• only throw toilet paper in the toilets, other waste having a bin provided for this purpose; and lastly,
• avoid using all the towels provided to you if you do not really need them.

Reservation terms:

Guest bedrooms:

• Reservations may be made via the site, by phone or email.
• A 50% deposit will be requested either by bank transfer or French check.
• We accept payment only in cash or by French checks (we do not accept holiday vouchers).
• Refunds are possible in the event of a cancellation request made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date; no refund will be possible within 15 days of arrival.
• Balance must be paid upon arrival on site, by check or cash.
• We are not handicap accessible as all our guest rooms are on the first, not the ground, floor.
• Our rates are listed without the tourist tax, which is currently €1 per adult and per day.

The guest cottage (for week reservation):

• A 30% deposit will be requested upon booking and the balance is due 1 month prior to arrival.
• Deposits will only be refunded if the cancellation request is made more than 15 days prior to arrival.
• There will be no refund if the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the arrival date.
• An assessment of the premises will be carried out in your presence upon your arrival and prior to departure.
• A deposit check of € 300 will be requested for the rental of the cottage and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if no damages have occurred.
• A deposit of € 50 for cleaning will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure, if the cottage has been left in an appropriate state.
• Cleaning is to be done before your departure. A cleaning option is offered at the price of € 50.
• Our rates are listed without the tourist tax, which is currently € 0.70 per adult and per day.
• We accept payment in cash and French checks (we do not accept holiday vouchers).

Keys:
In the event of loss of the keys, a fee of €1 per key will be invoiced to you.
